I have update the course website for Week 6, which will be chock-full of new and exciting topics:
- On Monday, we will be discussing budgets, so you'll need to read Chapter 8 in the Johnson-Sheehan textbook over the weekend.
- On Tuesday, we will talk about PowerPoint, and I've uploaded three articles about the subject.
- On Thursday, we will conduct a short resume writing workshop, and I've created a page of Resume Writing Resources that I hope you'll peruse before then.
In the cracks, of course, we'll be plowing ahead on your Unit #2 proposals. Between now and Monday, your team should make some progress on an early draft of some sections in the proposal. Bring whatever you've got (however meager) with you to class on Monday, so I can take a look at where you're headed. The first "real" draft (again, a very rough draft) will be due on Wednesday.
