One of the groups that was scheduled to deliver their presentation on Tuesday has encountered an unforeseen problem that may prevent them from presenting. I am writing to ask whether Team 3, Team 4, or Team 5 could be ready to present on Tuesday.
If you belong to one of those three teams, would you please confer with your teammates and let me know if you are able to switch your presentation day from Thursday to Tuesday?
