Class Participation and Group Work Grade - Final
Class Participation and Group Work Grade - Midterm
The syllabus explains that 10% of your course grade will be determined by "class participation and contribution to group work." This is the second of two times during the semester that you are receiving a grade in this category. Your grade for the "assignment" encompasses the following items:- Your contributions to class discussions, both positive and negative. In other words, thoughtful comments will help you, while comments that are off-topic or disrespectful of your fellow students will hurt you.
- Your attentiveness in class, especially to your peers' presentations. Remaining awake, alert, and focused will help you, while sleeping, web surfing, or carrying on side conversations will hurt you.
- Your contribution to your team's visual promotional mailer assignment, as reported by your teammates.
